Performex®, LLC announces the launch of a new program designed to make HR Business Partners an indispensable asset to the team and business they support. “I’ve been in the HR business for over fifteen years and have never seen a program specifically designed for HR leaders. HR Business Partners face a variety of leadership challenges in the course of their career but most of the time they are so busy recruiting and developing others, their own development is over-looked.” Says Kristi Tjo, VP of Instructional Design for Performex®. The two day program, which took over six months to develop, focuses on building the coaching and influencing skills as well as the business acumen of the participants. Like all of the Performex® leadership programs, the HR Business Partnership program is deeply rooted in building Emotional Intelligence through behavior shifts.

In the course of my 30 plus year corporate career, I personally have seen how strong HR leaders can positively impact business results – it’s very critical that HR is an integral part of the team,” says Eric Bruce, CEO of Performex® LLC. “This program has been out there as a concept for us for a while and when we had a client that expressed interest, we jumped at the chance to build it.” The program was developed from Bruce’s personal experience with input from various HR professionals all based on strong fundamentals from various leadership and Emotional Intelligence thought leaders.
“The first program is being launched in-house with a client this week but we plan to offer it to other clients as in-house or open-enrollment programs in the future at both our Orange County, CA and Atlanta, GA locations,” added Bruce.
